Hey guys for those of you who don't know me my name is Kwamaine Bility
I'm a young man out of Brooklyn that always wanted more. I'm the oldest out of my siblings who look up to me so I have to be a great role model. Now I graduated out of high school three years ago so I did what anybody else would do which was get a job. I started out doing deliveries, to working at the airport, to real estate. Then I went from doing that to being unemployed. So I was living paycheck to paycheck and not saving that much. Now I was grateful for what I had ,but never satisfied with what I had. I always wanted more. Now wanting more = more money , more time, more effort, better job etc. Me personally I am a impatience guy. When I want something I want it now ,not tomorrow ,not later but now. So when I came into this business my first day i was under the impression of wanting to own my own business now however; I failed to realized that there's a process to getting you there. So at that time I felt like it was my first day of high school and I don't know how I'm going to get through this. So growing up I wasn't living in L.A. with a butler, or had a beach house . I was just a average kid doing what i had to do, hanging out on the block, and just finding ways to my next dollar. My plan wasn't to be on the block the rest of my life so I dedcided to find ways for me to be wealthy legally. Growing up in bedstuy influence by negativity would either result in jail or dead. I didn't belong in none of those categories so I went to seek out my own wealth. I constantly applied to many jobs 7 days a week until I received a called from crosstown solution. I came in for my first interview and then got invited to a second interview and started working.So it's my first day here at the business and my mind is all over the place. Then I Had a leader who made me have a different perspective of life. That made me refocus on what I wanted but as of now. So after I got the structure down pack for the 2 weeks I was sent out on my own. So it's my first day out on my own and I'm super excited to do my first app. I hit the field and I come across a lot of language barriers. So now I'm looking at how I'm going get someone to sign up that don't speak English. So I lost my attitude an didn't believe I could make it happen so as a result I rolled. Now I came back to the office wondering what I did wrong. I was to focused on getting the app. I didn't fix what I could control which is my pitch, pace, and attitude. So that why I rolled. So the next day I focused on having fun in the field and PPA. So as a result LOA played out , so I wrote my first app and was excited. So I applied what wasn't working automatically because I was destined to receive the results I wanted. Now my goal is to conquer by 6 week game plan and be the best student I can possibly be. I feel my self growing but I want to take it to the next level. So by staying on top of my work an hitting my goals I'm going to be an owner in no time. My ultimate goal is to be a successful black businesses owner an prove to be a positive aspect in my community and I want to have financial freedom so I can provide for my family and be able to buy them anything they want with out hesitation. First and foremost I will like to thank my awesome leader Carla Lopez for building me from the bottom up. I'm not the same person I was 2 months ago. I change in a positive way. Im way more confident, motivated and ambitious more than ever. I learned the 5 steps n felt like a king with its crown. Carla help me a lot to focus on what you can control in your life n that nothing else matters. She push me to my limit n once I exceed pass it, I felt a burst of energy inside me that I allowed me to get what I want. So for that I would like to thank you. I also would like to thank Jarrad for putting his time and effort in to me. He stay patience with me and gave me many chances. At most jobs I would have been fired but Jarrad saw some potential in me and helped me to refocus to unlock it. So for that I thank him. I also would like to thank gabe. He like the older brother i never had. I could just tell him anything bad or good and he would give me response towards it. He helped build up my mentality and also provide me with positive information I needed to succeed. So thanks for that. I also would like to thank fitz. I see fitz as my favorite uncle. He tell me directly if I did something wrong and how to correct it. He very straight forward and provide me with solutions to my problem.I would also like to thank Bokka for pushing me to better than I am, that really helped me out a lot. I would like to thank Rosie just for being so sweet. Her smile could just change your whole day around. I would like to thank basi for having this hyper engery. She just be ready to conquer just about anything. I would like to thank the whole office in general because we all push each other to better ourself. There Is no I in team work and that's what we're all about. Each and every day we intend here we get impacted in so many ways that makes us shoot for the starz. So thank you everyone.
